PARENT PORTAL REGISTRATION AND FEES:
- If you registered online through our website, you likely encountered the registration fee during the registration process. This fee is determined by the number of dancers you have registered and is non-refundable. However, if you register before September 16th, it includes a complimentary studio t-shirt. Registrations made after September 16th may not guarantee a studio shirt, as we typically place our orders before this date. We do make an effort to stock a few extras in each size, but these are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
ACCESSING THE PARENT PORTAL:
- We utilize a system called the Parent Portal, which allows you to manage your account online. Through the portal, you can view your child’s enrolled classes, make payments, register for future classes, and more.
- To access the Parent Portal, please use the email address you used for registration. If you haven’t logged in before, simply click on “Forgot Password” to set your own password and gain access.
ACCOUNT OVERVIEW:
- Once you’re logged in, you will see two charges: the $25 registration fee (if unpaid) and the September Tuition. Tuition is automatically processed on the 1st of each month for all enrolled participants, starting on September 1st. If your registration fee remains unpaid by September 1st, it will be processed along with your tuition.
- If you prefer, you can log in to the Parent Portal and make payments yourself, or you can pay in person at our front desk. We will post each month’s tuition approximately one week before the 1st of the following month.
ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR FEES
For your convenience, we accept several methods of payment. Please note, all accounts must have a credit card on file.
1. AUTO DRAFT credit or debit card. ALL accounts will be run on the 1st of every month unless you come in prior to the 1st to pay. There will be a $40 fee, if your card is declined or check is returned. We do not accept American Express. CASH APP CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Cash App cards cause too many card declines on our end due to insufficient funds. A $40 declined fee will be added to any and all accounts that are declined on the 1st of each month.
2. Cash, credit card, or check at the studio front desk, prior to the 1st of every month.
3. Credit card online through your Parent Portal account. *All accounts must have a ZERO balance prior to the week of the recital or your child will not be eligible to perform.
